NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Trustees of the Maplewood Memorial Library that the contract, in the amount of $403,278.37, for the Base Bid and Alternates 1, 2 and 3 for Audiovisual Systems for the Maplewood Memorial Library Construction Project be awarded to Commercial Technology Contractors, Inc.

On November 7, 2017, New Jersey voters approved the NJ Library Construction Bond Act, making $125 million available for public library construction throughout the state. After a period of public comment in late 2019, the grant offering is now available, and Maplewood Memorial Library is working with stakeholders to submit its application prior to the April, 2020, deadline.
