What do lemon curd and chocolate ganache have in common? They both make delicious fillings for a quick and easy summer dessert. Karen of MAPSO Sweet will demonstrate how to make both these delicious tarts and then you will be able to fill mini tart shells topped off with fresh fruit. Once you have mastered these two, the possibilities are endless!
