Tina Kelley’s Rise Wildly appeared in 2020, joining Abloom & Awry, Precise, and The Gospel of Galore, a Washington State Book Award winner. She reported for a decade for the New York Times and co-authored Breaking Barriers: How P-TECH Schools Create a Pathway from High School to College to Career (2021) and Almost Home: Helping Kids Move from Homelessness to Hope (2012).
Marina Carreira is the new Manager for the Maplewood Division of Arts & Culture. Marina (she/they) is a queer Luso-American poet artist from Newark, NJ. She is the author of TantoTanto and Save the Bathwater. She has exhibited her art throughout the area. She holds an MFA in Creative Writing and is pursuing a D.Litt. in Fine Arts and Media. Media.
