The readings for November are "Spring Storm" by Mori Yoko and "Phantom Palace" by Isabel Allende. Both stories are about a strong dedicated woman who has to make a difficult decision, either to stay with a present mate and accept a second-class place in the relationship or to exit the relationship and accept what life offers her.
