MAIN LIBRARY - What's your story?  Join a conversation for all ages about identity and race with Maplewood author Marina Budhos.  Her latest middle-grade novel The Long Ride is set in the 1970s, and depicts three mixed race girls who are part of a controversial busing plan. 

We want to hear about your own experiences: How do you identify and how are you seen in the world? Was the past different from today?  Is it fair when kids are asked to change the world?

 This cross-generational conversation features books, a 70's pop quiz, and pizza!
